5. Expansion of the Global Ocean Federation

The ultimate goal of BlueX is to redefine the global economic landscape by building a decentralized ocean economy across the globe through the expansion plan of the Ocean Federation.

• Through cooperation with many coastal countries around the world, the establishment of the Blue Ocean Federation, BlueX will gradually promote island autonomy, tokenization of Marine assets and sustainable development of Marine resources, and build an autonomous and alliance-based Marine economic community.

• Through blockchain and smart contract, decentralized resource allocation and cooperation mechanism, BlueX will break down the traditional international resource barriers, and realize the global sharing and efficient circulation of energy, carbon credit and real estate resources.

• BlueX, an international convention on ecological protection, plans to cooperate with international environmental organizations to promote the protection and restoration of Marine ecology through AI monitoring and carbon credit mechanism, so as to ensure the sustainable development of Marine Federation.
